- 60% of Facebook fans and 79% of Twitter followers are more likely to recommend brands they are following
- 51% of Facebook fans and 67% of Twitter followers are more likely to buy the brands they are following
What do these findings mean to business owners? Simply put, using Social Media networks, like Facebook and Twitter, are simple means to engage and capture a strong customer base and build a solid referral network. With the low cost and high touch of these tools, companies not active in Social networks missing out on reaching a very valuable audience.
